Events and ticketing
**Due to the coronavirus outbreak, numerous College of Arts and Letters events have been cancelled. We hope to resume plays, concerts, films, and other events as soon we can do so and ensure the health of our audiences.
Many CAL events are free and open to the public; for those events for which tickets are required, they can be purchased through the main NAU ticketing office. Please see event details for more information.
NAU parking options
The NAU College of Arts and Letters welcomes campus and community to its public events and is partnering with NAU Parking to provide parking options.
General parking Accordion Closed
Year-round, a vehicle must have a valid permit to park on campus.
Day parking available at the parking garages for fee or day permit for designated lots can be purchased at kiosks around campus (see our campus parking map) or online at nau.edu/parking.
There are a number of parking options provided to our campus visitors. After parking, an efficient shuttle system is available for traveling across campus.
Community parking designation Accordion Closed
Some events are designated as guest parking with a permit for community members. All other events require that you purchase an evening permit Monday through Thursday. Two examples are the College of Arts and Letters Film Series and the International Film Series.
To qualify for weeknight event parking permits, you must be a community member and register with NAU Parking:
- Create a Guest Account for designated free parking.
- Contact NAU Parking by calling 928.523.6623 or emailing to verify you are not affiliated with NAU.
- After completing this one-time registration, you will be able to print a complimentary evening parking permit at home for each designated event. This permit must be displayed on your vehicle dashboard while parked for the event.
Coming to campus and didn’t download a permit? Accordion Closed
You may purchase and print an “evening permit” from NAU Parking or an on-campus parking kiosk if visiting the campus after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday when a permit is required.
You can find location details for each event on the event detail page. If an address is available, it will be listed immediately below the location, and a Google map will be displayed at the bottom of the page. There will also an interactive university map for your convenience.
All of the university’s facilities are handicapped accessible. If you will need related accommodations, please contact Disability Resources: DR@nau.edu; 928.523.8773; or TTY: 928.523.6906. We suggest contacting Disability Resources 48 hours prior to the event as some accommodations may take a reasonable time frame to arrange. For special need requests, please make arrangements at the time of your ticket purchase at the Central Ticket Office.
