Information for Transfer Students
Students need 120 cumulative units to graduate from NAU and NAU accepts up to 64 community college transferrable units. Transfers may also use CLEP Exam units to increase their number of transferrable units or if they have qualifying transfer units from an accredited 4-year institution.
To be admitted into a BUS plan, you must have at least 60 units of college-level coursework successfully completed or in progress. Advising is housed in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. This degree is not eligible as a dual, second, or post-baccalaureate degree.
This major requires 39 units distributed as follows:
- Common Course Requirements: 6 units
BUS 350W Interdisciplinary Foundations and Writing
BUS 460C Capstone in Interdisciplinary Inquiry
- Two minors OR one minor and one undergraduate certificate: 33 – 49 units
- Select two minors
- Minor one: 18 – 24
- Minor two: 18 – 24
- Select one minor and one undergraduate certificate
- Minor: 18 – 24 units
- Undergraduate certificate: 15 – 25 units
