Louis Roy, BS Social & Behavioral Sciences, ’71, retired as a General Industry Compliance Trainer from the Kennedy Space Center NASA. Louis then switched over to work for Nova Southeastern University: Institute for Disaster Preparedness.

Tom DeSpain ’70
Tom DeSpain, BS Forestry, ’70, is retiring after 46 years with the U.S. Forest Service. The outcomes in his area of expertise, tree genetics and improving forest health, can be seen in national forests in Idaho and Washington, where he has played an important role in reforestation efforts. DeSpain plans on continuing his participation in the Boy Scouts, his church, and his community, and enjoying time with his seven grandchildren.
