We offer special parent and family onboarding sessions with tips and resources for how you can best support your student in their transition to NAU.
NAU is excited to partner with you to support your student in their college journey via Onboarding. The Lumberjack Family Hub is the official NAU news source for parents and family of Lumberjacks. As you help them navigate their next steps, we're here to support you with summer webinars and in-person family events during onboarding in August. All onboarding events and services are free.
Meet us at Welcome Week
In-person onboarding, during Welcome Week, will occur alongside the Campus Living Move-in on Friday, August 21, through Sunday, August 23. Encourage your student to participate in as many in-person onboarding events during this time.
We are excited to host a meet & mingle table during the College Receptions on Friday, August 21, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Come visit our table to say hello, pick up a family calendar, and other swag.
Lumberjack Family Chats
Our Lumberjack Family Chats, hosted by Family Engagement, will introduce you to NAU staff who will answer your questions about your student’s college journey as a Lumberjack. Over the summer, we invite you to join us for four Lumberjack Family Chats, each focused on essential topics related to your Lumberjack’s success.
