As a current NAU student, you are already a member of NAU Campus Recreation. All students who pay the appropriate recreation and facility fees through their tuition have access to all Campus Recreation facilities by simply tapping their Jacks Card at the front entrance. 

We are a student centered, collaborative department that delivers recreational and experiential education and innovative programs with state of the art facilities that foster lasting healthy lifestyles.

BOSU Complete Workout System Certification 

 

2.21.15     9am-6pm     $150
This 8-hour specialty certification will take you through the BOSU system, step by step, and provide you with the 5 full workouts that you can start using right away. You will leave this certification with knowledge of the science behind functional balance training, teaching skills to accommodate all levels or fitness, and new tools and ideas for designing endless BOSU workouts that are effective and fun! 

 

Winter Family Weekend 

2.22.2016   12-2pm   
Celebrate strength! Show us what you've got at the campus rec weightlifting competition. Participants will compete in the following: Max Squat, Atomic TRX push-up, Battlerope Throw. Participants can choose all 4 challenges, or select the individuals onces for which they would like to compete. Different divisions will be offered based on weight class. Competition is open to NAU students, faculty, staff, and alumni members. Join us for the event at the HLC.

Refund Policy
Programs canceled by Campus Recreation participant will receive a full refund of all registration fees collected. Approved participant requested refunds will incur a 20% processing fee.
