Business Administration, Minor

Business administration knowledge is required for managers and supervisors in many disciplines. Balancing a budget, managing subordinates, and understanding the impact of laws and regulations in your area of work are among the skills leaders are expected to have. By supplementing your major with a business administration minor, you’ll develop these skills. This minor will help you add a professional edge to your future career, preparing you to lead in your field.

This minor provides non-business majors with general business knowledge and skills.  Some of the areas covered include overview of management, accounting, economics, business law, communication in business, and management information systems.
