Purpose
The purpose of the program is to prepare you for a significant career in business, specifically with an emphasis on border business issues including the United States and Mexico. Students in this program learn business with a border focus within the context of broad global business ideas. The proposed program is consistent with NAU–Yuma’s efforts to provide a range of master’s-level degree programs that reflect the need for educational opportunities in a growing and global world.

Global Business Administration
Become a decisive and empowered leader. Stand out in diverse international communities. Advance your expertise in strategic operations and supply chain management while earning high-level marketing and strategy skills.
Transnational Justice Administration
Advance your law enforcement and criminal justice career with an international focus. Through coursework in criminology, judicial policy, organizational planning and management, transnational crime, and public safety, you’ll become an expert in your industry.

Fall courses
A common fall schedule includes accounting and cross-cultural teams coursework in the first eight weeks of the semester, followed by Global Economics, Global Organizational Management, and Leading Diverse Cultures courses in the second half of the semester.
