Siteimprove is a tool that enhances a website’s presence in order to actively improve user experience. It identifies issues deep within sites, such as broken links, misspellings, and inaccessible PDFs and presents its findings within it’s easy-to-use interface and via email reports. It complements WordPress by efficiently flagging concerns on sites so that they can easily be fixed by editors. As a tool like this has never been utilized by the University, it has drastically improved the quality of NAU’s web presence, ensuring that our sites are accessible, accurate, up-to-date, and conforming to the University’s brand guidelines more now than ever before.
