NAU Gutenberg web publishing training

The ITS Training Development and Technology Adoption (TDTA) team collaborated with NAU Marketing to develop training for NAU’s instance of WordPress Gutenberg. The training includes 18 self-paced training videos developed in-house specifically for our unique style of WordPress, as well as in-person workshops, and a collection of support materials.

Steps to becoming a Site Steward or Web Coordinator

Step 1

Watch training videos

The first required step in the training process is to read through the training materials and complete the self-paced NAU online training videos. All 18 videos can be found on this website. View the list below for all training topics. Follow the list or navigate the menu to visit each topic’s webpage and watch the training video.

Step 2

Pass quiz at the end of each video

There is a short quiz at the end of each training video. You must complete the entire course and pass all quizzes. Completion of the NAU Gutenberg WordPress online training is required to gain access to editing a site.
