Uploading your presentation Accordion Closed

Students can upload up to 7 different documents, videos, or images to support their work. The system supports JPG, PNG, PDF, MP3, and MP4 formats along with other popular web, consumer, and professional media. Each file can be a maximum of 2 GB.

**New this year:  For poster presentations, students are required to record and upload a video of themselves giving a 5 minute oral presentation on their research.  Any additional handouts or materials that you would provide at an in-person event can also be uploaded into the portal.  By April 8, 2021 you must have your POSTER AND VIDEO  uploaded.

See “Creating a Video” for more information.
