Pathways to Advancing Computing and Engineering Student Success (PACE)
PACE offers a paid opportunity. Students will be paid a $1000 stipend to attend ~14 weekly seminars during Spring 2024. These seminars will introduce students to critical skills and processes for obtaining research and intern opportunities at NAU and beyond.
The Pathways to Advancing Computing and Engineering Student Success (PACE) program aims to provide students from programs in the College of Engineering, Informatics, and Applied Sciences (CEIAS) a 15 week training experience provides information on careers in engineering, computer science, and informatics, research and professional development. This will occur through a combination of technology training, industry speakers, research and career coaching, helping students learn how to represent their gained experience and skills in the internship and job search process. This training will use contemporary technologies to raise technology awareness for participating students.
