A project of the Southwest Health Equity Research Collaborative (SHERC) and the Media Innovation Center at Northern Arizona University, Fairness First is a podcast dedicated to exploring health equity issues in the Southwest — with a special focus on health equity in Northern Arizona. SHERC researchers developed the podcast because they believe that good health starts in homes, neighborhoods, schools, work, and other communities places. Most importantly, SHERC believes that everyone deserves a fair opportunity to be as healthy as possible in their community no matter where they live.
