NAU launches a new non-credit certificate program in greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting. The professional certificate is fully online and self-paced! A series of four courses train professionals on the best practices and requirements for quantifying, reporting and analyzing the GHG emissions associated with a company and how to use reported emissions to design effective emission reduction strategies. GHG accounting skills are becoming more critical as companies work to set climate action goals and respond to increased pressure from investors and consumers to report their climate-related impacts and actions. Read more about the new professional certificate in the NAU Review.
NAU also offers a for-credit graduate certificate in GHG Accounting for students who want to add to graduate work in other fields.
You can find out more about both certificate programs on the School of Earth and Sustainability website.
