What is FEST?

The annual FEST is a chance for students to present their work and engage with peers and professionals in their interested fields. This event includes panel discussions, a Capstone and research poster competition, and networking opportunities. It gives undergraduate students a chance to look at what their peers have discovered and researched.

Who should attend? Accordion Closed

The FEST is opened to all freshman, sophomores, juniors, seniors, industry partners, high school counselors, and community college partners.

What is the date, time, and location of FEST? Accordion Closed

Fest will occur December 5, 2024, from 10:00am to 3:00pm (MST) in the High Country Conference Center (building 58).

How much do I need to pay to attend FEST? Accordion Closed

Fest is free of cost.

Poster Competition Accordion Closed

On the day of Fest, you will vote for your favorite poster presentation in each category (computer science and electrical engineering). Cash prizes will then be awarded to the winning teams.

  • 1st place – $1000
  • 2nd place – $600
  • 3rd place – $400
