Poster printing options

SBS College faculty, students, and staff are welcome to use SBS Dean’s Office poster printing services.

If you would like to have a poster printed through the SBS Dean’s Office, please send a file of the poster by email. In the subject line, enter “Poster Request and [your name]”. For example: “Poster Request Lucy Miller”. The file can be in Powerpoint or PDF format. In the e-mail, please include the dimensions of your poster, who is paying for the poster, and who will be picking up the poster once it has been printed.

Poster cost is $25 – $30. Please design posters with a white or light-colored background. Posters with full-image backgrounds or dark-colored backgrounds will not be printed.

Note: Posters that are in an incorrect file format, corrupted or incorrect in formatting and size will not be printed and will be the responsibility of the faculty, student or staff member to correct. We will not print any posters with black or extremely dark backgrounds.

Visit the SBS Research Symposium web page for more specifics and guidelines on poster creation and formatting.

SBS Research Symposium/Deadline & Payment Information

The 2020 SBS Research Symposium has been postponed until 2021. Requests received after this date will only be accommodated if time allows.

You will receive an auto-notification from the SBS Dean’s office when your poster submission email has been received. Once your poster has been printed, you will receive an email including information on where to pick up your poster, AND the cost of your poster with a payment link to pay for your poster prior to pick up.  If authorized, department faculty and staff may make arrangements for payment via interdepartmental funds transfer.

If you have questions, please call the SBS Dean’s office at 523-2672 or email us.
