Faculty Affairs


The faculty affairs division within the office of the provost provides resources and support for our academic personnel so they can better support students in achieving successful learning outcomes. Our division includes supporting the Faculty Activity and Achievement Reporting (FAAR) system, Review, Promotion, and Tenure (RPT), as well as the Teaching and Learning Center.

Roger Bounds and his faculty affairs team work to support a diverse group of engage and well supported faculty to: empower the next generation of students by delivering an equitable post-secondary education; generate new scholarship and creative works opportunities and offer impactful service to enhance NAU’s ability to be the preeminent engine of opportunity, vehicle of economic mobility, and driver of social impact.
