Transfer pathways information


Northern Arizona University’s (NAU) Statewide Initiatives and Alliances unit helps support community college students and advisors navigate the pathway to earning a degree with NAU. Transfer plans are a unique tool that can help guide your academic journey from a community college to NAU.

How to use a Transfer Plan

Follow these simple steps to build upon your community college associate degree by earning a bachelor’s degree with NAU.

  1. Meet and collaborate with your community college advisor.
  2. Locate and click on the Transfer Plan for the degree program you are interested in below.
  3. Use the Transfer Plan and check each box as you complete the step while at your community college.
  4. Meet with your NAU enrollment management coordinator to begin the NAU transfer process.
  5. Once admitted to NAU, meet with your NAU academic advisor to enroll in NAU classes.
