Northern Arizona University’s (NAU) Statewide Initiatives and Alliances unit helps support community college students and advisors navigate the pathway to earning a degree with NAU. Transfer plans are a unique tool that can help guide your academic journey from a community college to NAU.
How to use a Transfer Plan
Follow these simple steps to build upon your community college associate degree by earning a bachelor’s degree with NAU.
- Meet and collaborate with your community college advisor.
- Locate and click on the Transfer Plan for the degree program you are interested in below.
- Use the Transfer Plan and check each box as you complete the step while at your community college.
- Meet with your NAU enrollment management coordinator to begin the NAU transfer process.
- Once admitted to NAU, meet with your NAU academic advisor to enroll in NAU classes.
Available Transfer Plans
Choose any associate degree from your Community College to transfer to one of the following NAU programs.
- Associate of Applied Science (AS) in Nursing to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN – RN to BSN pathway
- Associate of Arts (AA) in Elementary Education to Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education
- Associate of Business (ABUS) to Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Associate’s degree to Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Business Management
- Associate’s degree to Bachelor of Applied Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Applied Human Behavior 90/30
- Bachelor of Science in Education – Career and Technical Education 90/30
- Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Emergency Management 90/30
- Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Humanities 90/30
