Package Track Information

Receiving US Postal Services Packages

You will receive an e-mail from NAU Postal Services when your package is ready for pick-up.  There are now two locations to pick-up your USPS packages:

1.  Parcel Lockers:  The Parcel lockers are located in the hallway of Postal Services (Where your mailbox is located.)  If you receive a package and it is put in the parcel lockers; the email we send to you will give you the locker number and access code to retrieve that package.  Access to the lockers if from 7 am to 7 pm daily, excluding holidays.

2.  Customer Service Counter:  Go to our Customer Service counter is located in our lobby.  The email will note that your package must be picked-up at our counter.  You will need a picture ID in order to pick-up your package.  We are open Monday-Friday; 8 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays.

If you are expecting a package and have not received an email from us, please wait a day for us to process your package.  If after that time we have not contacted you for pick-up; come to our service counter with the tracking number and we will check on delivery status.

NOTE:  FedEx & UPS are delivered to the front desk of your hall.
