Dr. Cornwall is a professor in the Program in Physical Therapy Flagstaff Campus. Dr. Cornwall has over 35 years of clinical experience with a wide range of practice settings and conditions. His scholarly interests are primarily in the foot, especially the kinematics of the normal foot during walking and the management of overuse injuries of the lower extremity and has presented his research throughout the United States, in Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, and Great Britain. He has published over 100 research articles and book chapters dealing with the function, evaluation, or treatment of the foot and ankle.
