Beacon Education + NAU

The Beacon Education partnership is designed for working professionals and students who reside in China. Working in partnership with Beacon Education, Northern Arizona University is leveraging the comprehensive teaching and learning platform that was designed and optimized in China to provide an outstanding education experience.

The programs offered in the Beacon Partnership are conducted through NAU’s Personalized Learning platform: online courses that incorporate innovative teaching and learning methods. It differs from the traditional academic model, with the goal for students to achieve deeper learning through a personalized approach. The program provides learners, who are often working professionals, flexibility and support to best meet their needs. Tuition is based on length of time rather than by course or credit hours, providing a financial incentive for students to complete their degree on an accelerated timeline.
