Maintaining aid eligibility
Students are responsible for understanding the requirements of the aid they’ve been offered as well as the consequences for not maintaining eligibility for those programs.
Students must maintain eligibility in all three SAP standards. Eligibility is evaluated each year for all students, but then each term (including summer) for students on SAP probation.
Any student who receives financial aid in a given term and either ceases enrollment and/or fails all courses in that term is considered to have withdrawn and must have their aid processed through a Return of Title IV calculation, wherein OSFA determines if any financial aid must be returned to the Department of Education.
