Animal care and use training courses

Dates and times will be set up on an individual basis for labs. Groups of five or less are optimal for one-on-one support during training. Annex staff may consult with others to help with training in their areas of expertise. Additionally, all personnel must have completed and passed the IACUC quiz and turned in an occupational health assessment form.

Level I training is intended to teach basic techniques that will increase users’ comfort level when working with animals. It will also increase the knowledge of rules and regulations.
