Cell Pairing for Cryptographic Keys Generation from Memristors at Low Power


Description

This technology relates to cybersecurity methods where cryptographic keys are generated from arrays of memristors operating in a low injected current range with high ephemeral resistance values. The method to generate the cryptographic keys from the Computed Physical Unclonable Functions (C-PUF) is based on the pairing of the memristors cells, which reduces latencies and improves accurate response generation.
