Collegiate Band

The Collegiate Band carries on the tradition of school spirit as the first band at Northern Arizona University. This ensemble continues to provide a fun and educational musical experience for wind and percussion performers. The repertoire places an emphasis on individual and musical growth, and is:

• exciting
• energetic
• stylistically diverse

The Collegiate Band meets in the spring semester each year as the campus-wide concert band.

Join

No audition is required and all Northern Arizona University students are welcome to join.

Enrollment

You will need to enroll in one of the following:

• Freshman: MUP 170, Section 01
• Sophomore: MUP 270, Section 01
• Junior: MUP 370, Section 01
• Senior: MUP 470, Section 01
• Graduate: MUP 670, Section 01

Rehearsals

The Collegiate Band meets on Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in room 146 of the Performing and Fine Arts building (number 37a).

Performances

The Collegiate Band also presents two concerts each spring semester.
