Submitted requests include the review of a design for NAU brand compliance and may include recommendations to improve the effectiveness of your design. Reviews of content are typically not included, and thus any content included in your design should not be considered approved by University Marketing.
After you submit the form, a marketing representative will reach out to you within three to four business days with the results of the design review.
Design reviews do not include ADA remediation and the PDFs cannot be distributed digitally unless they are ADA compliant. If you need your PDF to be ADA compliant to distribute digitally, you can submit a request through the “ADA compliant accessibility on PDFs for digital distribution” button on the marketing intake form.

University Marketing approval is required for all advertising purchases. This includes placements in all media including on-line and print, newspaper, journal, magazine and radio.

Promotional Product/Branded merchandise approval request
This form is for obtaining approval from the brand management team for artwork and logos to be used for promotional item orders. Approval will be required before placing an order with vendor.
Purchasing will require a copy of approval for PCard reconciliation.

Bus shelter posters
Please fill out this bus shelter request form as completely as possible and attach applicable documents. Submitted requests include bus shelter poster design requests, bus shelter poster design review requests, and bus shelter location approval and assignment requests. Once you go through this process, you will receive a bus shelter approval form stating that the bus shelter poster is approved with the locations and timing of the placements. This bus shelter approval form is required for you to order your poster(s) from Printing Services and have them placed across campus at the designated locations.
Bus shelter posters are 24” wide x 36” high. They are hung and removed on the 1st and the 15th of each month. They are installed for at least one month, you can request they hang for longer, but it depends on the availability of the locations around campus.
