Where to Go (Appointment recommended)
To get to the NAU Fieldhouse, 1050 S. Knoles Drive:
From University Drive E and S. Milton Road: Drive east to enter NAU’s campus. At the stoplight, turn LEFT onto Knoles Drive. Continue past the stop sign at Knoles Drive and Riordan Road. Lot P16 is located on the RIGHT, immediately past the bus stop.
From E. Butler Avenue and S. Beaver Street: Drive south to enter NAU’s campus. Turn RIGHT on W. Dupont Avenue. Follow the road as it curves to the left and turns into Knoles Drive. Continue past the stop sign at Knoles Drive and Osborn Drive. Lot P16 is located on the LEFT.
Once you are on NAU’s campus, follow the directional signs to the Fieldhouse.
Parking for vaccine patrons is available in lot P16, immediately west of the Fieldhouse. If this lot is full, patients can park in the Knoles Parking Garage. To get to the garage, exit the lot on Knoles Drive southbound (left), and continue past the stop sign. Knoles Garage is located at the intersection of Knoles Drive and Riordan Road. A volunteer at the Fieldhouse lot will provide information on garage entry and exit codes to people who need to park in the garage. Parking is free but limited to 45 minutes.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Hours of Operation
The state vaccine clinic at NAU is open Fridays and Saturdays from 2-7 p.m.
Vaccination Process
- Make an appointment online or over the phone.
- Bring your government photo ID to your appointment.
- Keep your mask on inside the NAU Fieldhouse and follow staff directions.
- You will receive the shot in your upper arm, so dress accordingly.
- Wait about 15 minutes so health care staff can monitor for any adverse reactions to the vaccine.
- Take home post-vaccination information, including details about your second dose appointment.
- Individuals getting their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine can schedule it at the NAU Fieldhouse and should bring their vaccine card with them to the appointment. Likewise, an individual who receives their first dose at the NAU Fieldhouse can get their second dose elsewhere.
