Printing on the NAU Campus

Available To: Students, Faculty, Staff

Printing on the NAU campus is cost-effective and easy! ITS offers printing services in locations all over campus, including a number of 24-hour residence hall computer labs. These labs are created specifically for all on-campus residents and are accessible by swiping your NAU ID against the reader at the door. ITS also offers printing services at the South Learning Resource Center (also open 24 hours during the fall and spring semesters) and the North Learning Assistance Center.

To print, students will use an automated print kiosk to release the print job(s) which will charge their LOUIE accounts. To use the release station, users simply log in with their NAU ID and password. After logging in, the user’s print jobs will be displayed and can then be sent to the printer.

Additionally, users have access to Web Print where they can upload and print their files to any ITS printer from anywhere on campus with an internet connection. Please visit our Web Print page for detailed instructions on how the process works.

ITS has also made it possible to print from an iPad. Similar to Web Print, users have the ability to print from their iPad to any of the ITS printers on campus. Please visit our iPad Printing page for detailed instructions on how the process works. University staff: If you would like iPad printing available in your department, contact ITS.
