Internet Explorer - Compatibility Mode

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the “Tools” menu item (if the Menu Bar is not visible, press and release the “Alt” key once).
  3. Scroll down and select “Compatibility View settings”.

  4. Make sure that there are no “” settings (delete any found) and that only the two boxes are checked for “Display Intranet sites…” and “Download updated…”

  5. Once confirmed, click on the “Close” button.
  6. Click on the “Settings” gear icon at the upper right-hand corner of the browser.

  7. Scroll down and select “Internet Options”.

  8. Select the “Security” tab.

  9. Select “Local intranet.” and then select "Sites".

  10. Make sure that the “Automatically detect..” box is checked, then click on the “Advanced” button.

  11. Enter https://* and press Enter to that the entry appears as above.

  12. Make sure that the “Require server verification (https:)..” box is unchecked, then click on the “Close” button.
  13. Click on “Ok” then “Ok” again, and you’re finished. Refresh the browser and everything should work.
