Employers want to see real work and hands-on experience in our Franke graduates, focusing on internships and co-op programs. If you have completed an internship, you will have an edge over your classmates who have not as you develop strong skills and applied expertise.
Many companies have strong, well-established internship programs while some have assorted positions based on their needs. An internship is an on-site work experience that will last for a summer, a semester, or even a year. The length of time will be set by the company. Internships can be paid or unpaid as well.
