Brian Kent (’11 ACC) Accordion Closed
I’m doing well. This summer I just plan to relax before law school [Cornell]. I will spend a few weeks in Florida, a week in DC, a week in NYC, and a week in Montana.
The [Indigo Partners] internship was truly a worthwhile and memorable experience. I feel I learned more about the world, business, and life in my one year at Indigo than I could have in ten years at a large accounting firm (the career path I was once on).
–Brian, June 13, 2012
I just received my LSAT score. I scored in the 97th percentile. Next week I will be submitting applications to Stanford, Berkeley, Cornell, Northwestern, and Michigan (a few more to follow). I’m definitely glad that’s done with. Bill has high expectations to say the least. I was instructed to score no lower than the 95th percentile! In school I never really got too nervous about a test, but this time I really felt the pressure.
On the work end, I continue to learn a ton. The guys each provide a unique perspective and are constantly putting forth new challenges. With their mentoring, I feel I’ve grown substantially. The confidence and global perspective we develop here is invaluable, in my view.

Kristin Frazier (’10 MKT/FIN) Accordion Closed
Kristin updated us in March 2012:
I have been incredibly lucky because I am actually getting to do what I love most and that is Marketing.
I am currently working for a successful home builder in Alamogordo, NM. Last year we had our most successful year ever which was incredibly exciting to be a part of. We are currently expanding to Roswell, NM so I have the opportunity to learn what goes into the expansion of a company (lots of work!).
I feel lucky that I am working for a small company because I am getting to do a little bit of everything when it comes to Marketing and I have a great boss who teaches me a lot!
I am thinking about going for my Master’s but want to have a little more experience under my belt. I want to get into the Corporate arena and do marketing in a big city, so I’m working hard towards that goal.
I miss Flagstaff very much and everyone around FCB!
