Scholarships may be awarded based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, financial need, and/or major.

We are grateful to the donors who have chosen to make a difference in our students’ lives. To follow is a brief description of each of our current scholarships.

Basic criteria and application deadlines

The next scholarship application period begins January 16, 2024. This application is for scholarships that will be awarded for the 2024–2025 academic year.

The next application period will be open from January 16, 2024, to March 15, 2024.

  • If you are applying for the FCB MBA program that begins Fall 2024 or you are graduating December 2024, you ARE eligible to apply.
  • If you are graduating in Spring 2024 or Summer 2024, you are NOT eligible to apply.
  • The Scholarship Committee will consider applications only from those students who comply with all the following basic criteria:
    • Be a student in the Business Division of FCB (Learn more about HRM Division scholarships)
    • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0
  • The committee will match applicants with the scholarship(s) for which they are most qualified (according to the specific criteria of each scholarship) and make decisions considering the total information available.

The Enterprise Holdings scholarship was established to support FCB students who wish to pursue excellence in customer service and sales.

Established by the daughters of Virgil H. Langley in memory of their father. Mr. Langley was an alumnus of Arizona Teacher’s College (now NAU) earning both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. Established by Mr. R. Keith Newlon (’79) to honor his father, Robert (Bob) Newlon the oldest of twin brothers. Bob graduated from Phoenix Union High School receiving a football scholarship to Tulane University until a diving accident ended his football career. Bob started a lengthy career in the title business during the late 1950’s. In 1985, Bob, his wife Betty, Keith and his wife Cindy, formed the Pioneer Title Agency where Bob continued to serve as Chairman of the Board until his passing.
