The four-year HRM degree is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA). The program provides you with knowledge, skills, and experience in the industry to advance your hospitality career.

The hospitality leadership degree is a transfer-friendly program that allows you to transfer up to 90 college credits, then complete 30 upper-division credits at NAU. The NAU courses can be achieved in one year to earn your university degree.

This certificate focuses on unique aspects of lodging administration. Learn integral aspects about hotel and resort operations, casinos and gaming management, country and city club organizations, and more.

This certificate highlights the most valuable asset in a hospitality organization—employees. You will be better equipped to address the needs of employees and be more knowledgeable about talent acquisition and retention.

This certificate covers details related to the food and beverage industry, including restaurant planning, operational procedures, sustainability in food service operations, and more.

The hospitality undergraduate certificates (UCERTs) are 15 credits (equivalent to 5 courses) and are embedded into the 4-year HRM program curriculum at the MWDC to complete concurrently with the degree. They are also available online as standalone certificates.
