School of Forestry degrees and programs

Earn a degree at NAU, one of the best forestry schools in the nation

Northern Arizona University’s School of Forestry offers several degrees and certificates, including options at the bachelor’s, masters, and doctorate levels. A degree in forestry from NAU will give you a solid foundation on which to build any forestry career you desire. In 2022, NAU School of Forestry received a Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI) Education Grant from the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture. This grant has two objectives: 1) to enhance the cultural responsiveness of forestry education; 2) to experientially train 3 cohorts of undergraduates to expand Hispanic representation in forestry education. This video introduces you to the first cohort.
