Dr. Michael Skelton was appointed to the Northern Arizona University Communication Sciences and Disorders Department in January 2003. He received his B.A. and M.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado and his Au.D. from A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Health Sciences. He has an extensive background in adult diagnostic audiology, amplification, and aural rehabilitation. Dr. Skelton’s professional experience includes hospital and medical settings, school settings, and private clinic facilities. He provides clinical and academic instruction as clinical faculty where he has been recognized for teaching and service excellence. Dr. Skelton is an active member of the Arizona Speech and Hearing Association, American Academy of Audiology, and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
