Partner with CEFNS

NAU values the business partners helping our students, university, and community

Partnerships with alumni, friends, industry, and government are critical to the success of the college, and these partnerships facilitate the university’s contributions to society as a whole. We aspire to be the leading institution in the western United States for:

  • scientific and technical education
  • research
  • outreach

We want to provide students and our external partners with the knowledge and skills to make a positive difference for the region’s future. Learn more about how your contributions can be the difference that matters for students in the College of the Environment, Forestry, and Natural Sciences at Northern Arizona University.

Engage with CEFNS

Opportunities abound to make a personal impact on the lives of our STEM students through the gift of your time.

Mentor

Mentor current NAU students by making yourself available to give tips on academics, careers, and life after college.

Provide a peek into the professional world

Plan tours and educational support for our students at your place of business. What does an engineer, scientist, or doctor really do? Show current students how their coursework relates to the real world.

Recruit

Contact prospective students via telephone or e-mail. The goal is to connect our alumni with admitted students, providing a full picture of technical and scientific studies at our university.

Speak

Host a recruiting activity in your hometown. Speak about your career experiences and help current and prospective students learn more about the university and its STEM programs.

Lead

Serve on the Leadership Council for the College of the Environment, Forestry, and Natural Sciences.
