Become a member of the Colorado Plateau CESU
Members of the Colorado Plateau CESU benefit from a collaborative partnership in research, education, and technical assistance. A streamlined task agreement process facilitates collaboration, along with a 17.5% indirect cost rate (with the exception of the indirect cost rate of the US Forest Service, 0%, and Natural Resources Conservation Service, 10%).
Criteria for CPCESU membership
- Building CPCESU capacity
- Applicability of knowledge and skill set to the CPCESU
- Compatibility with CPCESU mission
- Regional perspective and/or involvement, or potential for regional involvement, including spatial scale
Submission requirements
- Letter of interest confirming a review of the general CESU descriptive materials and CPCESU Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement, and agreement to abide by all responsibilities and expectations of partner institutions
- Written response to the elements specified in the New Partners Protocol
