Dr. Ricky Camplain, an assistant professor with the Northern Arizona University Department of Health Sciences and the Center for Health Equity Research, was recently named to The Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health.
The ACCJH Board of Directors consists of key leaders engaged in criminal justice health research, health career training, and clinical care delivery systems. The consortium was founded “to advance the science and practice of health care for individuals and populations involved with the criminal justice system.”
Camplain is an epidemiologist interested in methodology and is now teaching Principles of Biostatistics at NAU. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a master’s of science in public health in epidemiology and doctoral degree in epidemiology.
