As a current NAU student, you are already a member! Students who pay the health and recreation and student activity fees through their tuition are granted access to Campus Recreation facilities by presenting their Jackscard.

Have you ever wanted to use the TRX strap for your own workout?

Now you can! Learn how to use the TRX strap to use  gravity against one’s own body weight to progress strength, balance, flexibility and core stability! Take a one hour class on how to use the TRX strap. Upon completion of the clinic, you will be qualified for one year to check out a TRX strap for independent use in the facility.  Check out times will vary based on scheduled Group Fitness TRX classes. Intramural Season 1 Registration Closes tomorrow at 5pm!

Hey there Lumberjacks! Season 1 Registration for Intramural Sports is open on IMLeagues! Don't forget to sign up your team for Flag Football, Outdoor Soccer, Sand Volleyball, Kickball, or Cornhole before the deadline on tomorrow at 5pm. Once your team has the minimum number of players on the roster you can move your team into a division to select your time to play. Each division has limited space so don't wait to fill your roster! Free Top Rope Belay Clinics

Inexperienced climbers can learn to belay through experiential instruction by qualified staff on basic belaying skills, equipment usage and safety checks, knot tying, and safety. Participants who have completed a clinic must complete an additional Skills Assessment with wall staff prior to becoming belay certified. 9/4 – 11/27/2018 Mondays 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. For more information contact Catherine.Miller@nau.edu
