Spring 2021 Bachelor of Fine Arts show
The School of Art at Northern Arizona University is pleased to present its annual Spring BFA Exhibition. This longstanding tradition results from four years of intensive artistic and critical development of our BFA candidates.

Ashlyn Alvarado “Human Interference” by Ashlyn Alvarado explores human impact on the environment. Devany Dellis Devany Dellis’ artwork addresses the victims and the collateral damage of catastrophe. Rachael Howard “Adaptation” by Rachael Howard uses the body to consider how society and images relate. Kelsey Sullivan Kelsey Sullivan uses texture, color and the feel of an artwork to mimic a sense of home.
Kaya Dean Kaya Dean’s artwork addresses the performative and dehumanizing nature of femininity. Jacob Honn Jacob Honn’s artwork demonstrates time through the slow change of plants and pots. Adrianna Vasquez Melero “Reflection of My Inner Thoughts” by Adrianna Vasquez Melero explores depression. Bethany Watts-Cruz “Pink and Blue” by Bethany Watts-Cruz explores narratives of interconnected identity.
