Erin graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in Psychology, then headed west to Flagstaff where she earned an M.Ed. in Counseling for Student Affairs from NAU in 2001. Throughout her long-standing career at NAU, Erin has held professional roles in Educational Psychology, Student Life, New Student Programs, Extended Campuses, and Trademarks and Licensing.
Erin first joined the NAU Office of Alumni Engagement as Events and Reunions Coordinator in October of 2002, but has held numerous other positions within the office prior to serving as Associate Director. Erin describes her current role as “air traffic control” as she oversees the (very talented) Alumni Engagement staff and collaborates with the team on development and implementation of several new and dynamic alumni engagement programs. She is also responsible for metrics and reporting as well as budget management, staff development, campus partnerships, board relations for the NAU-TEN and Alumni Association boards, benefit partnerships, and select special events. Erin is proud to be a Lumberjack, and together with her family, she is happy to call Flagstaff her home.
