While it was our sincere hope not to cancel in-person Orientation events, to ensure the general health and safety of the public, NAU Orientation has transitioned to an online Orientation experience. Student, families, and others are welcome to contact us with questions at orientation@nau.edu or by calling 928-523-0922.

Freshman Orientations

Orientation Sessions for Flagstaff Freshman

Choose one of the programs listed below for more information and to register for an Orientation session.

Available NAU Freshman Orientation Options

Select the term when you will begin attending classes to see available Orientation dates.

Fall Semester

Students who have accepted their offer of admission will be auto-registered in the summer 2021 virtual orientation experience and should expect more information via email in mid-May 2021. We will go into detail on how you will be able to engage virtually throughout the summer.

Spring Semester

Registration closed.

Complete orientation online if you will begin attending classes in January.

Regional Sessions

At this time we will not be hosting regional sessions.

NOTE: If you will be using GI Bill® benefits, register for the 1-hour VMS Chat Session as a needed supplement to your NAU Orientation.
