Group Campus Tours

Plan your group tour to the NAU Flagstaff Campus.

Have a group of High School, Middle School, or Elementary Students interested in taking a tour? Sign up for a group tour, which includes all the highlights from our Daily Campus Visits.

Campus Tour Availability

Group tours are offered Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

  • Campus tour
  • Complimentary lunch
  • Admissions presentation

NOTE: NAU Does not host Group Campus Tours on major holidays or breaks including Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, Martin Luther King Day, or in the months of May or June.

Requesting a Group Tour

With the increase in the number of group tour requests, please submit your request 2-3 months in advance, or at the start of the semester. Meaning, to book in Fall 2023, please request in August and for Spring 2024, please request in January. Furthermore, group tour visits fill up quickly, so be prepared with second choices for dates incase your originals aren’t available. We require a minimum of one chaperone for every 10 students.

All Middle Schools and Elementary Schools groups will be given an alternative activity to an Admissions presentation.

To set up a group tour, or if you have further questions, call (928) 523-0922 or email grouptours@nau.edu. A staff member will follow up with you to answer any questions or to finalize and confirm tour details.
