New Time Reporting System Coming to Louie September 25, 2017

Beginning September 25th employees will report ROA’s within the new time sheets located in Louie self-service.  For information on the new process go to:


The electronic Request of Absence (ROA) is a form within LOUIE that allows benefit-eligible employees to request time off for sick, vacation, compensatory, bereavement, jury duty and leave without pay online.  Upon submission, this request will send an email to their supervisor for approval. These requests will show in the supervisor's worklist.
