complete the following steps:
- Log into LOUIE - Main Menu
- Self Service
- Payroll and Compensation
- Tax Forms W-2/1095c
- Follow the prompts - for
additional information review the Tax

- For electronic delivery please complete the following
assistance with signing up for electronic delivery please the attached documentation.
Everyone may may still get forms via Mail Delivery - Paper
- If you do not sign up for Electronic Delivery you will
automatically receive a copies of these forms sent to the home address NAU
has on file for you.
- To make changes to your home address please lot into
LOUIE self-service and update it.
NOTE: If you did
not sign up for Electronic Delivery or make an address change to your mailing
address by Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 5:00 pm. you may request a reprint
which can be delivered electronically for an $8.00 re-print/delivery charge.
If you did elect electronic delivery or pay for a re-print delivered electronically
these forms are available at no additional cost until October 15, 2017.
