Financial Aid Trust Grant

NAU students might be eligible for additional funding

The Financial Aid Trust Grant is available to eligible Northern Arizona University undergraduate students who have not yet earned a bachelor’s or professional degree. This grant funding is limited and is awarded based on when a student’s FAFSA is submitted.

Financial Aid Trust Grant criteria

The following criteria must be met for consideration but are not a guarantee of funds:

  • Be an Arizona resident.
  • Complete the FAFSA by the May 1 priority date using NAU school code 001082.
  • Demonstrate financial need (as calculated from your FAFSA information).
  • Be working to complete your first bachelor’s degree.
  • Enroll in at least six credit hours.
  • Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Please note that meeting the eligibility requirements and processing timelines does not guarantee a student will receive the Financial Aid Trust Grant.
