Fall Freshman Orientation

Fall Freshman Orientation sessions are two day sessions designed to aid in your transition to the university. Incoming students will get a chance participate in the following during Orientation:

Day 1:

  • Continental Breakfast 
  • Welcome Session Presentations 
  • Lunch 
  • Academic Sessions (presentations by academic college representatives)
  • Informational Breakout Sessions
  • Living on Campus presentation
  • Dinner
  • True Life: I’m A Lumberjack
  • Evening Activities: Lumberjack Challenge and Dance Party

Day 2:

  • Breakfast
  • Campus-wide Presentations about Getting Involved on campus
  • Academic Advising and Enrollment (student 1 on 1 meetings with Academic Advisors) 
  • Opportunities to take care of university business
Dates:
  • May 26 and 27 - This session is now closed
  • May 28 and 29 - This session is now closed
  • June 1 and 2 - This session is now closed
  • June 4 and 5 - This session is now closed
  • June 8 and 9 - This session is now closed
  • June 12 and 13 - This session is now closed
  • June 15 and 16 - This session is now closed
  • June 19 and 20 - This session is now closed
  • June 22 and 23 - This session is now closed
  • June 25 and 26 - This session is now closed
  • June 29 and 30 - This session is now closed
  • August 27-29 [August Orientation is primarily for students coming from out of state who are unable to attend the May and June dates.]
