Welcome
Our program’s mission is to increase college retention and
graduation rates for eligible Northern Arizona University students.
To be eligible for the program, you must:
- be
currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University,
or accepted for the next academic semester
- be a
citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- have
a need for academic support
- meet
at least one of
the following requirements:
- be a first-generation
college student (your parent/guardian has not earned a bachelor’s degree)
- demonstrate
financial need or come from a limited income family
- have
a documented disability verified by the office of Disability Resources
How to apply
Step 1:
Complete and submit the Program Application. Print, fill out completely with pen and sign, and return the application to the Student Support Services office via fax (928-523-9466), email (student.support.services@nau.edu), or snail mail (PO BOX 6035, Flagstaff, AZ 86011-6035).
Step 2:
Complete and submit the Income Verification Form.
