Our program’s mission is to increase college retention and
graduation rates for eligible Northern Arizona University students.
To be eligible for the program, you must:
currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University,
or accepted for the next academic semester
- be a
citizen or permanent resident of the United States
a need for academic support
at least one of
the following requirements:
- be a first-generation
college student (your parent/guardian has not earned a bachelor’s degree)
financial need or come from a limited income family
a documented disability verified by the office of Disability Resources
How to apply
Complete and submit the Program Application. Print, fill out completely with pen and sign, and return the application to the Student Support Services office via fax (928-523-9466), email (email@example.com), or snail mail (PO BOX 6035, Flagstaff, AZ 86011-6035).
Complete and submit the Income Verification Form.
