Set up your Parent/Guardian as an “Authorized User”
Remember, you should never give out your login information.  Adding an Authorized User allows that person access to view and pay your bills through their own unique login.

Direct Deposit is the fastest, most secure way to receive refunds.  It can be done quickly through your LOUIE account.
Mark payment due dates on your calendar

If you don’t plan on paying tuition in full by the due date, enroll in our Tuition Payment Plan
You can enroll in the monthly payment plan from your LOUIE account.
Put a reminder on your calendar to check your student account balance each month
Your electronic invoice will be viewable from your LOUIE account.

Review all To-Do List items, including the Financial Aid Title IV Authorization
Check LOUIE to view "To Do List" items.
Remember to opt into the electronic 1098-T form (used for educational tax credits), so that it will be available to you online
1098-T forms will be available on LOUIE for eligible students.
Remember to read your NAU email on a regular basis, this is how all NAU departments will communicate with you.
