AzEIP Standards of Practice Online Service for Early Intervention Personnel and Programs

Welcome to the AzEIP Standards of Practice online service. To access the online service you will need to have an email address and create a password. The email address uniquely identifies you and your password provides security. Your password is strictly confidential and secure. Together they proved secure access only for you to your information.

Individual Practitioners

Login or to create a Personal Account 

Once you have your account you can:

  • Access and print information about your status in the AzEIP Standards of Practice. If you have misplaced any of your certificates and need them for your personnel file at work you can verify what you have completed by printing the information.
  • View, verify and print your personal information. If any of your personal information has changed we encourage you to update your record so we have current and correct information.
  • Register online for a test or training.

Program Managers or Representatives

Login or create a Program Registration Account 

Program Managers or Representatives1 programs2  must be registered and updated twice a year. Registration or updates must be made between October 1 and October 31 and between April1 and April 30  

Once you have your account you can:

  • Perform your semi-annual registration with AzEIP.
  • Record the roles and hours of the personnel who work for the program.

A program manager or representative is a person designated to be responsible for annual program registration.

Programs that contract DIRECTLY with DES/DDD, ASDB, and/or DES/AzEIP to provide early intervention Programs that contract DIRECTLY with DES/DDD, ASDB, and/or DES/AzEIP to provide early intervention must register and verify personnel. This includes individual practitioners who contract directly with one or more of the three agencies. If a registered program SUBCONTRACTS with another program to provide early intervention and subcontractor has multiple practitioners please list the name of the subcontracted program on your personnel table
