About Troy: Troy is originally from southern California and moved to Flagstaff in July 2008. He has previously worked with Residence Life and Associated Students at the University of Redlands, and Greek Life here at Northern Arizona University for two years. Troy is in his third year as a Residence Hall Director (RHD) at Northern Arizona University. He moved to Reilly Hall in February and is looking to create positive memorable experiences for all those who live in Reilly Hall. He looks forward to a great year working with the amazingly talented Reilly RA staff and helping first year students find their place at Northern Arizona University and in the Flagstaff community. Why I chose NAU: Great Dental Hygiene Department and its close enough to home but I still get the freedom.

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU because it has great Forestry and Education programs. It also has such an amazing environment and the weather is just lovely!
Why I’m excited to be an RA: I am excited to be an RA because I love helping out everyone. I am an Eagle Scout so I feel that it is my duty to help. I love making an impact in someone's life and being an RA is an easy way to do just that.

Why I chose NAU: I really wanted to move out of Phoenix and be on my on for a while. Plus Flagstaff is an amazing place with so much stuff to do and new things to discover.
Why I’m excited to be an RA: I really want to help people to have the same experiences that I had last year and help them feel connected to NAU. I think this will be an awesome experience and I really hope that my residents have a great year.

Why I chose NAU: I chose NAU because I really liked what it had to offer and I also enjoyed the smaller college atmosphere that it provided. At NAU I feel like I can really connect with my peers and professors and I don’t just feel like another number at that is largely what made me choose to go here.
Why I’m excited to be an RA: I’m excited to be an RA because I really want to make a difference in the lives of NAU residents. I really enjoy helping residents find their way around the new university atmosphere and it is so fun to watch them all succeed on a day to day basis in their college careers!
